2 Collection of Personal Information

9 How long we keep personal information for?
LearningMate will only hold your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, or reporting requirements. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.

11 How we secure your Personal Data
We take precautions which include security process, technical and physical measures to help safeguard your information against any accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, and unauthorized disclosure of the personal data we process.
While we follow generally accepted security standards to protect your data, we also expect you to protect your password, limit access to your device and sign out of websites after your sessions.
