LearningMate Solutions announced this morning that it has relocated its Mumbai headquarters to better accommodate its rapidly growing workforce.
“Over the past three years, LearningMate has experienced significant growth in several of our core service lines and expanded our offerings into new markets. This combination led to an aggressive recruitment strategy for both our US and Indian teams. Here in Mumbai, we quickly outgrew our space.” Says Sam Sen, Chief Executive Officer. “Our goal was to centralize several core functions that had become disjointed due to rapid growth and create a more modern workspace that truly embodies the LearningMate culture of collaboration, innovation and teamwork while aligning with our future growth plans.”
The new 50,000 square-foot facility consists of four floors and features several open collaboration spaces and outdoor meeting areas that allow employees to focus on the creative process. The open office design creates increased opportunities for communication and brainstorming across business units within the office while new collaboration technologies make it easier for teams to interact with colleagues and partners around the globe.
“We maintain our single-minded focus of helping our customers build high-performing, scalable digital education products faster, cheaper and better,” says Sen. “Our new home in Mumbai has been designed to help us work more efficiently toward that vision as we support our customers and our global teams.”
With over 1,000 employees around the world, LearningMate has offices in Mumbai, Kolkata, Vancouver, New York, and Phoenix.
LearningMate was recently named by CIO Magazine as one of the Most Promising Ed Tech Service Providers of 2016.
